ECO PRINTING MASTERCLASS (ONLINE)

NORTHERN ECO PRINTING FOR GARMENTS - subtle colors, strong results and lasting prints

Learn an innovative, wash-resistant eco printing method

so you can confidently print on garments —

and transform clothes into wearable art.

Meet your teacher

Hi, I’m Baiba — textile artist from Northern Europe.

For years I’ve been exploring how to work with plants not just intuitively, but with understanding.

So that eco printing becomes not a coincidence… but a language you can speak.

In this course, I’ll guide you through that process.

Why eco printing often feels confusing (and disappointing)?

Maybe you’ve experienced this too…

You try different eco printing techniques, but:

* the results don’t last after washing

* the leaves are beautiful… but the prints are unclear or messy

* it works on silk — but not on cotton or linen

* the process feels long and complicated, with endless soaking

* and most frustrating of all —

  you don’t understand why the techniques don’t work

This is exactly what many of my students share.

And it’s something I experienced myself in the beginning.

This is what changes when you understand the process

Instead of guessing You begin to see:

* that the most important part of eco printing is how you prepare the fabric

* that there is a method that truly works

* how to use plants with understanding — and create soft, dark, and even colorful prints

* how to place plants so your composition works

And suddenly—

Your eco prints on garments reach a new level

and start becoming something you can wear with confidence

This is not about samples — this is about garments

In this course, you won’t just create test pieces.

You will learn how to:

* work directly with clothing

* design prints that look beautiful when worn

* create pieces that feel personal, artistic, and alive

Because eco print is different, when it becomes part of your everyday life.

What you will learn:

  • How to prepare fabric for clean and lasting prints

  • how to create samples with both light and dark backgrounds

  • Understanding plant “language” — which plants create dark, light, or colored prints

  • How to create clean, precise prints — as well as painterly, layered compositions

  • How to work with garments instead of flat fabric

  • How to print T-shirts, buttoned garments, pants, skirts, and dresses

  • How to fold garments to reduce unwanted marks and creases

  • How to approach eco printing as a repeatable process

I don’t teach you to copy results

I teach you to understand the process.

So you can:

* experiment without fear

* trust your intuition

* and develop your own visual language

Because nature is not something to control…

but something to collaborate with.

These pieces were created in my workshops —

by people who started exactly where you are now!
